DTF Gang Sheet Setup FAQ

What type of files should I upload?

Please upload PNG files with a transparent background whenever possible. Your files should be the original, highest-quality version available.

Screenshots, mockups, photos of designs, or low-quality images are not recommended.

What resolution should my artwork be?

For the best print quality, artwork should be 300 DPI at the size you want it printed.

If your image is blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution when uploaded, it may also appear that way when printed.

Please note that simply changing a low-resolution image to 300 DPI does not improve the actual image quality.

Do my designs need a transparent background?

Yes. A true transparent background is strongly recommended.

If your artwork contains a white, black, colored, or other visible background, that background may appear on your finished gang sheet and ultimately on your printed transfer.

Will you remove the background from my image?

No. This service includes arranging and resizing only.

Background removal, image cleanup, enhancement, upscaling, color correction, design recreation, and other graphic design services are not included.

Will you fix a blurry or pixelated image?

No. Your artwork will be placed on the gang sheet in the condition it is received.

Please make sure your files are print-ready before uploading.

What color mode should my artwork use?

sRGB is recommended, especially if you plan to print your gang sheet through UploadTransfers or any DTF printing company.

Please keep in mind that colors displayed on a phone, tablet, or computer screen may look slightly different once printed.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Should I mirror my designs before uploading?

No. Please upload your artwork in its normal orientation.

Do not mirror or flip your designs before submitting them.

How do I tell you what size I want each design?

When submitting your artwork, provide the desired quantity for each design.

Example:

Photo 1 — Qty. 4
Photo 2 — Qty. 10
Photo 3 — Qty. 6

Your designs will be resized according to the size guide chart I use for my shirts.

Will you decide what size my designs should be?

Yes. I have a size guide chart that I use for my personal gabg sheets.

Do you check spelling or design errors?

No. Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork before uploading.

  • Design orientation
  • Requested sizing

Your artwork will not be proofread or redesigned as part of this service.

What exactly is included with the Custom Gang Sheet Setup service?

This service includes:

  • Resizing your provided designs
  • Arranging your designs onto the selected gang sheet size
  • Organizing the artwork to utilize the available space
  • Providing one completed print-ready PNG gang sheet file

This service does not include custom graphic design or artwork editing.

Will I receive physical DTF transfers?

No. This is a DIGITAL FILE ONLY service.

You will receive the completed gang sheet PNG to upload to your preferred DTF printing company.

No physical transfers will be printed or shipped by Kreate Me Kraftz.

Can I upload my finished gang sheet to UploadTransfers?

Yes. The completed file can be prepared for you to upload to UploadTransfers.

Customers are responsible for following UploadTransfers’ current upload, printing, sizing, and artwork requirements when submitting the completed gang sheet.

However, if you have a DTF company that you use, you are more than welcome to upload that file to your DTF printing company.

Are you responsible if my transfers do not print correctly?

Kreate Me Kraftz is responsible for arranging and resizing the artwork according to the information provided with your order.

We are not responsible for print-quality issues caused by customer-provided artwork that is blurry, pixelated, low-resolution, improperly formatted, has an unwanted background, or contains incorrect information.

We are also not responsible for printing, production, shipping, refunds, reprints, or other issues involving a third-party printing company.

What happens if my artwork is not print-ready?

If your artwork requires editing, background removal, enhancement, or another service before it can be used, you may be contacted before your gang sheet is completed.

Additional fees may apply if you would like Kreate Me Kraftz to correct or prepare artwork that falls outside of the standard arranging and resizing service.

Can I upload designs that I purchased from someone else?

Yes, as long as you have the appropriate rights or permission to use and reproduce the artwork.

By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to use it.

Kreate Me Kraftz is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or other intellectual property issues involving customer-provided artwork.

Do I need to review my files before ordering?

Yes.

By purchasing the Custom Gang Sheet Setup service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your artwork and confirm that your files, sizing instructions, quantities, and other information are correct before submission.
