What type of material do you use?

For the time being, vinyl is used for wording and some images. We also use a HTV transfer paper that makes images look a little more realistic. However, we are working on adding sublimation and embroidery to our collection.

Are there any instructions on how to take care of the material?

Yes! We suggest that you hang dry the item, not machine dry. We have had customers who have machine dried and the item was fine, but please note that if you machine dry and the item gets messed up there are no exchanges or refunds.

Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes, we definitely do! Select "Bulk Order" and follow the instructions to place your order. If you have a desired design, make sure to use the Photo Upload option to attach the design prior to checking out. If you do not have a design, please email or text us so that we can discuss getting one created for you. Bulk orders are considered having more than 15+ shirts, not including the 15th shirt. Anything under 15 shirts will not be considered a bulk order. You can place an order under “Custom Shirts” and will be charged regular price.

Can I order out of stock sizes?

Yes, you definitely can.  Items that are out of stock, will be backordered. Once that item is back in stock, you will receive an email when your item has been shipped.

What is the turnaround time on custom orders and/or tumblers?

Custom orders are designed from scratch so the turnaround time can be anywhere from 7-14 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday) depending on the detail of the custom design. Tumblers can take anywhere between 2-3 weeks to create. Once finished, they will be shipped which can take an additional 2-10 days depending on shipping method. As much as we would like to get you your items to you as quick as possible, we believe in making sure that your item last as long as possible, which requires us to take our time.

Can I request that my item be rushed?

Yes, you can. Orders that are needed in less than 5 business days will acquire an additional fee. If you are wanting your order to be rushed, make sure to choose an option under Cart Fees prior to completing your order. If an order is received and is deemed a "rush" without the appropriate fee added to the cart, the order will be canceled.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take anywhere between 2-14 days, which does not include processing times. If you want an item shipped next day, you will need to choose “Express Shipping” when checking out. Otherwise, it will be shipped using regular shipping methods. Please note that custom tumblers will NEVER be available for next day shipping or delivery.

What if I’m a local and need a custom item delivered next day?

Please note that custom tumblers will never be available for next day shipping or delivery. However, if you are local and a shirt is needed next day, you will be charged a rush order fee and delivery fee, which is available prior to checking out. So, please order ahead of time if you would like to avoid being charged a rush order fee.
