PERSONALIZATION: Please be sure to check your spelling before sending as it is copied and pasted just as received. Refunds will not be issued if you have sent misspelled or incorrect information.

PROCESSING TIMES: Mockups will be emailed to the email on file within 2 business days (Weekends and holidays are not included). Printed Signs require 2-3 days of processing plus shipping time (if needed), not including weekends or holidays.

****RUSH ORDERS: Please contact us for Rush Orders prior to paying to be sure that we can accommodate your request. A rush fee of $25 may be applied to any orders requiring less than the stated processing time.

PRINTING: Please be aware that many print shops WILL NOT print licensed images such as cartoon characters, etc. I do not claim ownership of any of the graphics and I will not provide any release forms in regards to having your items printed at a print shop. Make sure that you have a reliable print shop prior to purchasing the template. No refund is given if the print shop refuses to print your purchased templates.

POLICIES: Please check your products immediately upon receipt. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.

COLOR VARIATIONS: Actual colors may vary due to variations in computer monitors and printers. The color printed may appear different from what is seen on screen. Colors may also print differently on different printers and papers. Kreate Me Kraftz is not responsible for any color variations that occur due to the information provided above.

COPYRIGHT: I personally design all items. Your purchase is for my creative services and the time involved in creating your item. You are not paying for any logos, patterns/brands, or images. This item is NOT a licensed product approved, sponsored by, or affiliated with any designer. I do not sell or claim ownership of any licensed logos, patterns/brands, or images used in my designs unless otherwise noted. All copyrights and trademarks of the licensed logos, pattern/brand, or images used belong to their respective owners. I will not provide any release forms in regard to having your items printed at any print shop. All items are for personal use only. You may not forward, share, sell or distribute the file(s), in whole or in part.

Specify the date by which the sign is required below. Typically, there is standard turnaround time of two days for printing, contingent upon the delivery of the file to the print shop. However, if you are purchasing the template ONLY, please note that the turnaround time is approximately 3-5 business days. If you are needing an item sooner, we do have a rush order option. This fee can be added on the next page prior to checking out. If an order is received and is deemed a "rush" without the appropriate fee added to the cart, the order will be canceled.
