Shirt orders typically require 2-3 weeks to process after purchase, while tumblers are processed within 4-5 weeks. If you need an item by a certain date, please state the desired date below. Should you need your items sooner, a rush order option is available for any requests needed in less than a week. This fee can be added on the next page prior to checking out. This is for one of our stainless steel tumblers that has been sealed with multiple layers of FDA-compliant epoxy. The epoxy will cover all ink and decals for a smooth finish, so there is no worry about the glitter, ink, or decals peeling off.

You can personalize your tumbler however you wish. Please indicate what name, saying, or font/coloring you would like on it.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
-Treat these cups with care. If you drop it, the resin WILL crack and break.
-Do NOT put it into the dishwasher.
-Do NOT put it into the microwave.
-Do NOT soak in water, hand wash ONLY!

SHIPPING & TURN AROUND TIME:
These are currently shipping out within 4-5 weeks of purchase (depending on the size of the order). Once shipped, please allow an additional 2-3 business days.
Cups are shipped USPS Priority mail/UPS 2-day shipping. They are marked shipped on the day I drop them off at the post office, but the post office does not always scan them in on the same day. The estimated delivery date provided by Shopify is an estimate. I guarantee that I will ship your order on time, but I have no control over delays that may happen during transit.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
I do not offer refunds unless it is MY mistake (the spelling of a name is wrong or the wrong design was given), as these are customized items and cannot be resold. If your items are damaged in shipping please take photos and contact me immediately and we will see what we can do.

First let me say that this sweatshirt is so cute ! It came extremely fast in the mail too. The price is perfect for this item. The sweatshirt material isn’t made cheap so it makes this price really good.
