WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING:
-You can choose between a 20oz or a 30oz tumbler for this cute pencil design! Cup will come designed like the photos, and can be customized with a name at no extra charge! The vinyl images and words on the outside of the cup are safely sealed under epoxy.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
-Treat these cups with care. If you drop it, the resin WILL crack and break.
-Do NOT put it into the dishwasher.
-Do NOT put it into the microwave.
-Do NOT soak in water, hand wash ONLY!

SHIPPING & TURN AROUND TIME:
These currently are shipping out within 4-5 weeks of purchasing (depending on size of order). Please allow an additional 2-3 business days once shipped.
-Cups are shipped USPS Priority mail/UPS 2 day shipping. They are marked shipped on the day I drop them off at the post office, but are not always scanned in by the post office on the same day. The estimated delivery date provided by Shopify is an estimate. I guarantee that I will ship your order on time, but I have no control over delays that may happen during transit.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
I do not offer refunds unless it is MY mistake (spelling of a name is wrong or wrong design was given) as these are customized items and cannot be resold. If your items are damaged in shipping please take photos and contact me immediately and we will see what we can do.

From start to finish this has been such an amazing experience! I reached out and was contacted same day. Very friendly and fast service! I received my shirt and LOVE it! First let me say that this sweatshirt is so cute ! It came extremely fast in the mail too. The price is perfect for this item. The sweatshirt material isn’t made cheap so it makes this price really good.
